RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of food products, Royella Foods follows a strict but fair return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, leaking, or physically broken
  • Product delivered is incorrect or expired

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or partially consumed items

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared

3. Refund or Replacement

After verification:

  • A replacement will be issued or
  • A refund will be processed (store credit or bank transfer, as applicable)

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is confirmed as our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Royella Foods.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
